This is a very, very old painting. I painted it for school assignment. I was a high school freshman at the time. I didn’t use any picture or photo or painting as a reference, so this is kind of taken straight out of my brain. I must’ve racked my brain to get something like this.
Incidentally, the book was half-folded on the way when I brought them to my boarding house (from home, which is like 80-100 km away). So there’s actually a little folding there. To minimize that, after taking the photo (there’s big-scale scanning nearby but I don’t know how much it costs & I’m kind of shy bringing this for scanning; I mean it’s not good or anything, it’s just a school assignment) I adjusted the levels. The only Photoshop tools I used for this is level adjustment and crop. That’s it.
